If our service team determines the damage is beyond repair, we’ll replace the item or issue store credit equal to its value. Either way, you won’t have to pay out of pocket for accidental damage.
Q : Is accidental pet damage covered?
Yes, the plan covers stains from pet accidents like urine or vomit. However, any damage caused by chewing, clawing, or scratching is excluded, as it's considered avoidable behavior.
Q : Can I use the plan multiple times?
Yes, you can file multiple claims for different accidents during the 5-year term. Coverage continues until the total cost of repairs or replacements reaches the value of the protected item.

Sleep better with the Comfort Plus Queen Mattress in Gray. This 10-inch thick mattress offers a medium comfort level, perfect for everyday use. It’s designed to support your body while reducing motion transfer—ideal if you share your bed.
At its core, the mattress features 680 individually wrapped coils. These help reduce movement and improve comfort. The edge is reinforced with two rows of strong 13-gauge coils, giving extra support when you sit or sleep near the side.
For added comfort, the mattress includes high-density gel memory foam that supports your lower back. It also has quilt foam, support padding, and soft polyester fibers. These layers help ease pressure and give you a better night’s sleep.
The cover is made from a stain-treated stretch knit fabric that’s both soft and durable. The mattress comes compressed in a box for quick delivery and easy setup. Just unbox it, unroll it, and let it expand.
Get medium comfort and motion control with this 10" Comfort Plus Queen Mattress, featuring gel memory foam and wrapped coils for full-body support. You can use this mattress with most adjustable bed bases. It also comes with a 10-year non-prorated warranty, offering peace of mind. Please note: Using a foundation or box spring from another brand may void the warranty.
