Furniture Mecca Promises to offer first quality furniture at prices that are discounted up to 50% off of what others charge. In order to keep that promise, the following terms and conditions apply to your purchase. For your convenience, the following contact emails and phone numbers are provided:

Return Policy

ABSOLUTELY NO CASH REFUND OR CREDIT CARD CHARGE BACK. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. MERCHANDISE IS PURCHASED “AS IS.”

  • Customers are responsible for merchandise fitting in their home. If we deliver and merchandise does not fit, then customer is responsible for delivery charge and must reselect piece that fits.
  • During delivery, if our driver/contractor finds the doorway too small, and if customer still insists on furniture or property. Without this waiver the furniture will not be delivered and the customer will be charged a restocking fee.
  • There will be absolutely no cash refunds or credit card charge reversals
  • There is a 25 % restocking fee for all returns and no fit merchandise
  • Carton (trash) from the merchandise is customer’s responsibility. We do not bring back trash
  • Any damage(s) must be reported to the driver at the time of delivery. If not reported before driver leaves customer house, we are not responsible
  • All picked-up merchandise may only be exchanged within 24 hours of pick up, and must be in original packing materials.
  • Additional delivery charge apply for delivery to 3rd floor and higher. See sales associate for fee.
  • All delivery charges are for drop-off only. Additional charges apply for setup.
  • If there is any scratch or minor damage to furniture in the process of delivery we will repair the damage piece Furniture Mecca will not replace the merchandise with new piece.
  • Special orders. Catalog orders are subject to manufacturers delivery time which can take up to 4-6 weeks.
  • A refund or exchange may only be requested within 24 hours of date of purchase. Except where prohibited by law, a 25% restocking fee may be charged on returned merchandise or cancelled orders. Refunds may only be made if merchandise is unopened and unused condition just like the merchandise was sitting in our warehouse. Refunds will be in the form of in-store credit only.
  • Stores do not have the ability to hold merchandise past the scheduled date of pick up. If you are unable to pick up your merchandise on your scheduled date, please notify the store immediately. Except where prohibited by law, there will be a 25% restocking fee on merchandise that has been returned to stock. At the time of pick up, inspect your merchandise for any visible signs of defect prior to departing the store. It is your responsibility to properly secure and tie down merchandise to your vehicle. FURNITURE MECCA associates may assist in loading merchandise but reserves the right to refuse loading merchandise which may result in injuries or property damage. FURNITURE MECCA will not be responsible for any damage or loss caused to customer merchandise and/or any vehicles during the loading or transportation of your merchandise. Once picked up, if you discover damages to your merchandise, you must notify store personnel within 24 hours of taking possession of the merchandise to be eligible for a refund or exchange. It will be your responsibility to return any merchandise to the store for service or exchange.

WARRANTY:

  • ANY WARRANTIES APPLICABLE TO ANY MERCHANDISE PURCHASED PURSUANT TO THIS ORDER ARE LIMITED TO ANY MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTIES ONLY. WE HEREBY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
  • Merchandise sold by Furniture Mecca is sold “as is” without any warranty from retailer. Furniture Mecca reserves the right to inspect and determine the case of any and all claims of defects or damaged furniture is guaranteed against all manufacturer defects for a period of 30 days from the date original merchandise is delivered or picked up customer will be responsible for all charges for repairs and transportation, Fabric leather and wood care protection are available and are warranted by said manufacturer.
